Dental Assistant (Lakewood) - Full-time

As a Dental Assistant, you work closely with the doctor and clinical team to deliver both a remarkable experience and exceptional dental care to our patients. You act as the ultimate concierge so that our patients feel like guests at a 5-star resort. Dental assistants are expected to assist and help build their chair schedule to produce a minimum of $3500/chair per day, present and discuss finances with a 75% acceptance rate, and track case acceptance and production metrics for their doctor.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Dental Assisting degree
• Able to present complicated information in an easily understood manner
• Highly organized
