Our divisions—Fischer Plumbing, Fischer Heating & Air, Fischer Electric, and Fischer Restoration—work collaboratively to provide reliable, top-tier service to our residential and commercial clients. With a strong culture rooted in professionalism, teamwork, and excellence, we’re growing and looking to add a highly organized and adaptable Operations Coordinator to our team.

Position Summary:
This is a critical support role providing direct operational, scheduling, and administrative assistance across multiple Fischer entities, with a primary focus on Fischer Electric and Fischer Restoration, while also collaborating with Plumbing and HVAC teams as needed. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating a dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities, and using technology systems like ServiceTitan to ensure operational efficiency and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a centralized support hub for Electric and Restoration operations, with touchpoints across Plumbing and HVAC as needed.

  • Handle all incoming customer communications including phone calls, emails, and service inquiries.

  • Schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, and manage daily calendars for field teams.

  • Track and manage job progress, timelines, and internal project documentation.

  • Submit and coordinate permits, utility notifications, and subcontractor paperwork.

  • Create and prepare estimates, certificates of completion, and other essential service documents.

  • Manage billing workflows including invoice processing, accounts receivable tracking, and follow-ups.

  • Maintain and update CRM and field service software (ServiceTitan proficiency is essential).

  • Support online reputation efforts by tracking reviews and ensuring timely responses.

  • Provide internal operational support including ordering supplies and documenting safety meetings.

  • Work closely with leadership, field technicians, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive, well-organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience, ideally in a construction, skilled trades, or service-based business.

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software is required.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and timelines.

  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new platforms quickly.

  • Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and document management best practices.

  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

Work Environment:
This is a full-time, in-office role requiring consistent collaboration with customers, subcontractors, technicians, and department leads. The Operations Coordinator must thrive in a fast-paced setting and play a key part in supporting field service teams and internal operations.
