Position Summary:


As a COTA, you’ll work closely with our Occupational Therapists to support patients recovering from injury, illness, or disability. Through therapeutic activities and personalized care, you’ll help individuals regain the skills they need for daily living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans under the direction of an OT
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and daily activities
  • Monitor and document patient progress
  • Educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment
  • Be a reliable and punctual team player

Requirements

Qualifications

Education:  

Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program.


Licenses/Certification:  

Current COTA license required.

Current CPR certification required.


Experience: 

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
