Physical Therapist needed for part-time, 4 month contract

My agency is in need of a PT for part-time, interim coverage for an employee based clinic in Phillips, WI

Details:

Start ASAP - Dec 30

Hours: M & F - 7a-3p, W - 10a-6p

Employee/family based clinic

$60 per hour

Paid shadow &  module training

Paid malpractice

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in out-patient/general orthopedic physical therapy 

Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in WI

Manual therapy training and orthopedic skills are preferred
