Description

Responsible for providing physical therapy treatment to Home Health patients, following the treatment plan developed by a physical therapist and the rules and regulations of the North Dakota Physical Therapy Practice Act. Completes all required documentation relating to treatment.

Qualifications

◦ Licenses and Certifications Required ▪ Basic Life Support (CPR) required within 30 days of hire ▪ Licensed in ND as a Physical Therapy Assistant ◦ Educational Requirements ◦ Experience Requirements ▪ Preferably two years experience as a physical therapy assistant ◦ Special Skills or Training Requirements ▪ Able to communicate orally with patients ▪ Organize time well to meet job expectations
