Food Production Associate (7470-0145)

Procures, measures, and prepares food using proper safety and safe food handling practices. Preps all vegetables and fruits for department needs.  Preps and arranges all salads, gelatins, and fruit plates in an attractive and appetizing manner.  Preps, pans and sets-up salad bar in cafeteria, taking and recording temperatures prior to meal service.
Food service experience is beneficial.
