Compensation:
Pay Range: $18.85 - $30.65 / hour

Job Description:
On a shift-by-shift basis, to maximize resource efficiency through precise placement of the right person in the right place.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures optimal staffing for all assigned areas, shift-by-shift. Communicates with unit shift leaders to define imminent gaps in staffing and identifies options for resolution.

- Utilizes system tools to identify gaps in the upcoming shift coverage. With the assistance of the RMC manager, prioritizes needs and assigns/reallocates resources.

- Collaborates with the NRC to respond effectively to unanticipated changes during a given shift.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of experience in institutional healthcare required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
