Front of House Server - The Gathering Spot Los Angeles

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front of House Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
• - Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• - Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• - Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• - Process payments and manage cash transactions
• - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
• - Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• - 3+ years of experience in food service, preferably in a high-volume environment
• - Experience in hotel or private membership settings preferred
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• - Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• - Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• - Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

• - High school diploma or equivalent
• - Food handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
• - CA Responsible Beverage Server Certification 
• - Proficiency in POS systems

Physical Demands:

• - Ability to stand for extended periods
• - Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs
