Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to inpatient and outpatient populations.

• Assess, plan, and implement treatment programs to restore functional mobility and reduce pain.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge notes accurately.

• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).

• Current Physical Therapist license in South Dakota (or compact eligible).

• Active BLS certification required.

• Previous hospital and outpatient experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
