Position: ER Clinical Supervisor – Night Shift (4x12s)
Candidates must be able to start within 2–3 weeks of offer and have leadership experience.
✅ Requirements:
- NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, PALS & ACLS – Required
- Current RN License (State/District) – Required
- ER Experience – Minimum 2 Years
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program – Required
- BSN – Highly Desired
- Cerner Experience – Required
? Work Environment
The Emergency Department (ED) is a fast-paced environment that treats every type of patient, ranging from urgent care to trauma. Nurses manage critical care skills, including:
- Medication titrations ?
- Arterial lines
- Mass blood transfusions
- Chest tube management
Patients include urgent care, psych, pediatric, and critical care/trauma cases.
? The ER Clinical Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care, ensuring the highest level of safety, quality, and a positive patient experience.
