Associate Attorney - Insurance Litigation

Our mid-sized litigation firm in the Irvine / OC Airport area specializes in catastrophic injury, insurance defense, real estate and business litigation. We have an immediate opening for a full-time Associate Attorney in our insurance practice group handling high exposure personal injury and general liability matters.

Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing with the California Bar. Candidates with at least 2 years + , relevant litigation experience are preferred. Please be hard working, organized and capable of working independently and as part of a team. We offer immediate client contact and case handing responsibility. Duties and responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions; propounding and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; and assuming significant responsibility and case management from inception through trial.
