Construction Estimator - Light Industrial

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Estimator – Design/Build of warehouses, distribution centers, assembly/manufacturing experience to join a nationally recognized General Contractor. This is a Full-Time position for its on-going light industrial construction projects.

We are open to candidates willing to work from regional offices in Dallas (TX), Jacksonville (FL) and Kansas City, (KS) Austin (TX).

Estimator Responsibilities:

· Read and interpret plans and specifications

· Develop estimates and bids for design build light industrial construction projects

· Conduct material-take offs and develop cost estimates within the light industrial construction industry

· Experience of Estimating S/w (SAGE, On-Screen, Plan Swift, Bluebeam, Timberline etc.)

· Actively involved in negotiating or scope clarifications with subcontractors to get the best number

· Coordinate and communicate with all the stakeholders from time to time

· Detail oriented and data driven, strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and multi-tasking skills required

Estimator Qualification :

• 4+ years of related work experience.
• Field experience preferred.
• Experience in design-build for light industrial projects preferred.

Compensation:

Up to $130,000/year based on experience
