CNC Programmer

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming CNC production machinery to ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MasterCam programming and SolidWorks, along with a deep understanding of machining operations, tooling, and cycle time optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret blueprints and engineering designs.

• Create CNC programs for mills and lathes using MasterCam.

• Design and develop fixtures to minimize setup time and improve efficiency.

• Optimize cycle times through program refinement to enhance productivity.

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to accepted practices and standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer using MasterCam.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks modeling software.

• Skilled in programming standard and dual spindle lathes, vertical and horizontal mills.

• Strong knowledge of fixturing, tooling, and machining operations.

• Ability to optimize cycle times across a variety of materials.

Key Competencies

• Haas and Fanuc programming experience.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
