Associate Attorney

HeplerBroom, LLC is a prominent litigation firm with a strong reputation for excellence and integrity. We are expanding our presence in the greater Dallas - Ft. Worth Metroplex area and seeking a seasoned attorney to join our dynamic team. Hybrid work opportunities available.

We are looking for an experienced attorney with at least 4 - 7 years of litigation experience in general liability, including construction liability and premises liability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex cases from inception through trial or resolution, and a strong commitment to client service and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of general liability and premises liability matters
• Conduct thorough research, analysis, and interpretation of legal sources such as statutes, regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies
• Maintain excellent client communication and service

This position requires:

• Good standing with the Texas bar
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant litigation experience
• Strong oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team across offices and practice areas
• Commitment to professional excellence and ethical practice
