Job Description
We’re hiring a CNC Programmer to join our fabrication team. This role is key to ensuring precision machining and supporting efficient production. You’ll work closely with engineering, lead tooling development, support machine operators, and ensure quality through first-article inspections and setup accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Program and set up CNC machines (Turrets, Laser, Panel Bender, Safan)
Collaborate with engineering on prototypes and tooling
Perform first article inspections and tool adjustments
Assist with troubleshooting and train machine operators
Support fabrication manager with equipment decisions and tool sourcing
Maintain safety and IMS standards; control scrap and material yield
Requirements:
3+ years CNC programming experience in manufacturing
High school diploma and CNC certification
Proficient in blueprint reading, CAD/CAM software, and inspection tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Must be able to work on-site; occasional weekends may be required
Temp – to- Hire
Montebello, CA
Monday -Friday 4am-12:30 with OT as needed.
$35-$37 an hour
