Essential Responsibilities:

· Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems including forced warm air furnaces, low pressure boilers, hydronic heating systems, walk-in coolers, commercial water heaters, central air conditioning and environmental control systems.

· Identify and repair potential electrical issues in light commercial and residential settings.

· Follow state and local building codes.

· Keep company vehicles and property clean and well maintained.

· Utilize broad-based technical knowledge of environmental control systems.

We’re it if this is You:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

· Strong electrical background in light commercial and residential HVAC systems.

· EPA Refrigerant Recovery Certification.

· Working knowledge and passion for all things heating and cooling.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Ability to work independently and with a team.

· Robust attention to detail, customer service and communication skills.

· High School Diploma or equivalent.
