Walkin Clinic (First Care) Section Chief opportunity - Now Hiring

Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking a Board Eligible / Board CertifiedFamily Medicine Physician to join our walk in clinic team as the leader of the section.
Specifics of The Role
Full time Leadership Role in our Walk-in Clinics consisting of 0.5 FTE clinical work and 0.5 FTE administrative work.

• Clinical work comprises an average of 1.5 12-hour shifts per week
• Administrative work comprises working as a Dyad partner with the Administrative Director of our Walk-in Clinics and includes the following:
• Provider oversight
• Oversight of APP Collaboration, Education, Process Improvement, and Strategic Direction in our Walk-in Clinics
• Strong emphasis on team building and strengthening rapport among the providers and staff in our clinics

The Practice

• Average patient volume of 35 patients per shift

• 11 clinic locations throughout Northeast Indiana
• Fully integrated EMR system with EPIC
• Staff ratios to optimize clinic efficiency and enhance joy of medical practice
• Minimal in-basket management
• Work 1 major holiday per year

Compensation & Benefits:

• Highly competitive starting salary in the top quartile compared to national and regional benchmark
• Annual bonus opportunity up to 15% of salary

• $4000 stipend for continuous medical education (CME) per 1.0 full time FTE
