Assistant Food & Beverage Director Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team in high-pressure situations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with staff, guests, and other departments
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
• A guest-service orientation focused on delivering exceptional experiences
• Up-to-date knowledge of food and beverage trends, best practices, and relevant local and federal regulations
• 2+ years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage department of a hotel or luxury hospitality environment
