LHH is partnering with a respected nonprofit in San Francisco that provides vital resources and support to the local community. They are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist who will serve as the welcoming face of the organization, ensuring every visitor, caller, and staff member receives professional, friendly, and accessible support. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-facing role and wants their work to make a difference.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay $20 /hr

Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in both English and Spanish

  • Manage a multi-line phone system: answer calls, take messages, and direct inquiries

  • Provide information about programs and services in a clear, supportive way

  • Keep the reception area organized, welcoming, and professional

  • Handle mail, deliveries, and supply inventory

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars

  • Support the team with administrative tasks and occasional projects

  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish (written and verbal required)

  • At least 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, or office support

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity

  • Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced nonprofit setting

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office systems

  • A professional, welcoming demeanor and a passion for helping others



Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
