Position Title: ReceptionistLocation: 100% Onsite – Lake Oswego, ORDuration: 5 weeks - 10/6–11/21 (with potential for extension)Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMCompensation: $22–$24 per hour LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Lake Oswego-based company to hire a professional and polished Receptionist to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-office experience. Responsibilities:
  • Answer and transfer phone calls professionally
  • Assist with mailroom tasks and process nightly UPS shipments
  • Support conference room bookings and meeting set-up/tear-down, including food and beverages
  • Order lunches as needed
  • Provide other administrative or front-office support as time permits
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or receptionist roles
  • Professional and polished demeanor; strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to answer and transfer calls efficiently
  • Comfortable supporting meetings and general office tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams


Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
