Job Requirements

Education Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting.

Certifications Requirements

• Must hold valid RN license and relevant certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS as required).

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 years of Med Surg RN experience, with preference for those familiar with hospital units with 30 beds.

Other Requirements

• Must have experience working end-of-week schedule and float capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, ability to adapt in fast-paced environments, and ability to work night shifts confidently.

• Provide med surg nursing care for a 30-bed hospital unit specializing in adult patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient vital signs, condition, and progress while adhering to protocols.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using hospital EMR systems.
• Float to adjacent units as needed, maintaining flexibility and exceptional patient service.
