Surgery - General Nurse Practitioner

About Care4Hair:
We specialize in FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) hair transplants for both scalp and beard restoration a minimally invasive, highly precise procedure. You would be working alongside a certified surgical team and have the opportunity to impact patients confidence and appearance with each case.

Your Role as NP:
You will play a key clinical and surgical role, including:

• Performing pre-operative evaluations.

• Designing custom hairlines and beards.

• Administering local anesthesia.

• Creating incisions that determine density, angle, and depth for implantation.

• Providing post-op support and performing PRP treatments and IV infusions.

What to Expect:

• Full mentorship during onboarding, led by a Surgical Assistant with over a decade of FUE experience.

• Weekly guaranteed pay during the first month: $60/hr for 30 hours/week.

• After training, pay is case-based (ranging from $275 to $950 per case, depending on follicle count).

• Additional commissions of $20 per PRP and IV session.

• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 1 2 cases/day, full-day shifts based on case complexity.

• Start Date: We are looking to onboard the selected Nurse Practitioner within the next 1 to 2 weeks, so early availability is highly preferred
