Assignment Details\n
• Start/end: November 25-29, 2026; ongoing 6-7 shifts/month
\n
• Schedule: 24-hour coverage, 7am-7am
\n
• Coverage type: In-house + beeper/phone call
\n
• Volume: ~1-6 patients/day
\n
• Setting: 100% inpatient/hospital-based
\n
• Support: Daily midwife coverage; midwives manage and deliver their own patients
\n
• EMR: Epic
\n
• Credentialing: ~90 days; temporary/expedited privileges available
Clinical Details\n
• Required scope: Routine vaginal delivery and low forceps
\n
• Required scope: C-section decision-making and C-sections
\n
• Required scope: Complicated deliveries including breech, multiples and abruptions
\n
• Required scope: VBAC
\n
• Required scope: Repair of 3rd- and 4th-degree lacerations
\n
• GYN call coverage required
\n
• Level II nursery
\n
• Low C-section volume
\n
• ~700-800 deliveries annually
Requirements\n
• Board certified or board eligible in OB/GYN
\n
• License: KY or active IMLC
\n
• BLS
\n
• Active DEA
\n
• Must be available November 25-29
Compensation\n
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
\n
• Malpractice provided
\n
• Travel and lodging reimbursed
