Aerospace Quality Layout Inspector - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer specializing in hydraulic pumps, valves, switches, and sensors, is seeking an experienced Quality Layout Inspector. You’ll perform dimensional inspections, verify processes, and ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO9000 standards.

• Pay: $25–28/hr (Negotiable)
• Location: Chatsworth, CA
• Schedule: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire | 1st Shift: 7:30 am–4:00 pm (occasional Saturday OT)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform surface plate and precision inspections using calipers, micrometers, height/thread gages, and GD&T.
• Inspect raw, in-process, and finished parts, ensuring they meet drawings, POs, and customer requirements.
• Complete and maintain inspection/test records, first articles (AS9102), and ERP data.
• Document and communicate results; recommend process improvements.
• Support compliance with industry standards and cross-training initiatives.
