What Youll Do

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun classroom where every child feels seen and supported
• Bring our active learning curriculum to lifewhile letting kids explore their own ideas
• Lead playful activities indoors and outdoors (think: movement, dance, ninja, and more!)
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth through kindness, creativity, and care
• Partner with your team to follow all licensing and Sunrays safety standards
  

What Were Looking For
A high school diploma & 6 months child experience OR
NAC/CDA/CCP/CPC OR
Total of 12 credits w/6 credits in ECE & 6 months in a licensed childcare facility OR
Associates degree in ECE or closely related field (no experience necessary) OR
Bachelors degree in ECE or closely related field (no experience necessary)
AND
CPR/First Aid certification
AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
Someone who can safely lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids all day
Most importantly: a big heart, positive energy, and a passion for helping kids learn and grow
