Set-up/Operator

HiFyve is hiring a Set Up Operator in the Metal Stamping and Fabrication Industry in St. Paul, MN!

Salary: $25-$35+ Hour (BOE) 

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM; Friday, 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Location: St. Paul, MN

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment for custom metal stamping and metal fabrication.
• Assist in producing parts and components for industries ranging from aerospace to hardware.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and goals.
• Learn and adapt to new technologies through on-the-job training.
• Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment in good condition.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to work with hand tools, machinery, and measuring equipment
• Willingness to learn manufacturing processes and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctualit
