Job Title: Tool & Die Maker – 2nd Shift
Location: Seville, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
Pay: Based on experience ($25–35/hr typical range, depending on skills and background)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join our 2nd shift team in Seville, OH. The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for building, repairing, and maintaining stamping dies and tooling to support production operations. This role requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on precision machining and die work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, repair, and maintain progressive and transfer dies for stamping operations.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot die issues, performing adjustments or corrections to ensure part quality and machine performance.
  • Operate manual and CNC machining equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM machines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on tooling to minimize downtime.
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to support efficiency and quality improvements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Tool & Die Maker in a stamping or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of stamping dies, tooling, and related equipment.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, GD&T, and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
  • Proficiency with machining equipment (manual and CNC).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship strongly preferred.
