Medical Technologist Up to $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Full-Time NY Licensed

We re seeking a dedicated Medical Technologist to join a respected clinical lab team at a community-focused hospital in New York State. This is a full-time position with flexible evening and night shift options and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.

What You ll Do:

• Perform accurate and timely lab testing and analysis across multiple disciplines

• Interpret and correlate clinical test results to support high-quality care

• Perform quality control, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Communicate critical lab values and support regulatory compliance

• Participate in lab education and workflow optimization

Requirements:

• New York State license, provisional permit, or limited permit as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist

• Bachelor s degree in Medical Technology or related science preferred

• ASCP certification preferred
