- 5+ years in optical sales, with 2+ years in a management or leadership role
- Proven success in luxury or high-end boutique environments
- Licensed Optician (preferred)
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and emotional intelligence
- Fluent in high-touch customer service, premium product presentation, and consultative selling
- Strong familiarity with top-tier eyewear brands and independent frame lines
