Billing/AP Associate - Annapolis, MD

About the Company and Billing/AP Associate Opportunity:

• CFS is partnering with a top construction client in Maryland to hire a Billing/AP Associate on a direct hire basis!
• Schedule: M-F, 40 hours per week, flexible start time. This role is fully on site in Annapolis, MD.
• Salary: $47,000-52,000 depending on experience
• Ideal Start: November 2025

Job Duties of the Billing/AP Associate:

• Complete billing tasks for various customer jobs and services
• Send invoices to clients on a bi-weekly schedule
• Prepare and distribute weekly billing reports
• Review and correct delivery records as needed
• Monitor weekly sales data for errors and make necessary adjustments
• Confirm pricing details, discounts, and payment terms before invoicing
• Work with the sales team to ensure accurate billing and properly assign job details to customers
• Process customer credits regularly
• Track internal transactions
• Resolve issues related to internal billing
• Manually process non-standard or special invoices
• Provide invoices and supporting documents upon request
• Assist with collection efforts as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications for the Billing/AP Associate role:

• 1+ years' accounting/billing experience required
• AA degree or higher a plus, but not required
• Experience using Great Plains or similar ERP system a plus
• Basic Excel skills
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
