We have an urgent direct-hire opening in Modesto, CA for a Family Practice provider (NP, PA, MD, or DO).

Position Details:

• Type: Permanent/Direct-Hire

• Specialty: Family Practice (ages 2+)

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch)

• Experience Preferred:

  • Primary Care & Occupational Health

  • Women s Health

  • EMRs: EPIC & OHM

Compensation (NP/PA):

• Annual Salary: $143,028.80 $174,000.00

• $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
