Summary/Objective This position will serve as a General Manager for Clark Beverage Group, Inc. The General manager should have the experience and ability to coach and influence others while growing their capabilities, as well as lead an organization to attain or surpass the goals given to them to meet the Company’s annual plan. Job Description As a General Manager, this position will report directly to Vice President, General Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your team by coaching and developing their capabilities. You will communicate and execute the sales strategy with your teams in the trade to deliver the Margin, Volume and Operating Cost financial plan for your location while remaining diligent on enforcing the importance of safety in all we do at CBG. To meet these goals, you will need to be active in proper communication with your Area Sales Managers along with your Sales Operations Manager(s) in a manner that is proactive, fair, respectful, and builds capabilities to drive momentum and success of your team. Validate the coaching of your team through frequent/consistent weekly time in the trade to show them, firsthand, how they and their teams can improve and/or celebrate their successes. Growing your total team is critical to the success of growing future leaders at CBG. You will be working closely at times with other GM’s and teams within Operations and Sales to improve synergies to drive CBG’s overall performance by identifying and leveraging different aspects of the business to deliver the plan. Qualifications Education and Experience College Degree or equivalent combination of education, sales training, and experience required Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred Experience budgeting and managing a P&L Additional Qualifications and Competencies Ability to influence and grow others to improve company performance Competency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and general computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Time management Proven customer sales/relationship building skills Collaboration for value Ability to multitask Proficiency with Eostar and Power BI Very organized and self-motivated Work Environment This position requires exposure to all seasonal weather conditions, traffic noise, automotive fumes, and cramped quarters.
