Project Manager - Structural Steel - Now Hiring

Our client is looking for a Project Manager with experience in structural steel. Project Managers analyze projects to determine scope, schedule requirements, and necessary materials. They also coordinate detail, fabrication & erection to effectively bring their projects within budget and on schedule.

Project Manager Benefits:

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage structural steel projects from start to finish, including scope review, scheduling, budgeting, and profitability.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with detailing, purchasing, fabrication, erection teams, and subcontractors.
• Track and manage change orders, schedules, and project documentation.
• Maintain customer relationships, enforce safety standards, and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Report employee time, absences, and performance issues to HR.

Project Manager Requirements

• Valid Arizona driver’s license; ability to pass background and drug screening.
• 3–5 years of project/construction management experience
• Must have experience with structural steel projects such as installations and/or welding
• Proficient at BlueBeam and/or Tekla software systems
