Work model:

• On-Site
• Monday - Friday
• 3rd Shift; 5:30 PM - 3:00 AM
   

What you will do:

• Develop and implement sanitation protocols across the facility
• Supervise 2–3 sanitation team members, including training and performance management
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, OSHA standards, and internal policies
• Coordinate sanitation schedules with Production, QA, and Maintenance teams
• Manage sanitation budget and supply inventory
• Conduct sanitation audits and lead corrective action efforts
• Analyze sanitation KPIs to identify and implement improvements
• Maintain SOPs and manage vendor relationships for chemicals and equipment
• Represent sanitation during inspections and management meetings
• Stay current on sanitation technologies and industry best practices

What you will need to be successful:

• 5+ years in food production and sanitation, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance
• Skilled in troubleshooting and implementing corrective actions
• Comfortable using sanitation tracking tools and maintenance systems
• Experience with automated cleaning equipment preferred
• Food safety certification and bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
