Pay Rate: Earn up to $37/hr for all taxable hours!

• Travel w/ housing: $28/hr.

• Travel no housing: $12/hr. (taxable) + $1,080 (tax-free)  

• $1,560/40hrs.  (12/27) Over 40hrs.=$37/hr. base $55.50/hr. OT

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with activities of daily living, including meal service, ambulation, and patient positioning.
• Monitor patient vital signs, weight, and intake/output information.
• Always maintain patient comfort and confidentiality.
• Document actions accurately and follow facility procedures.

Requirements:

• Active PA CNA License
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Updated Resume with no gaps
• Skills Checklist and References
• Complete Physical and Immunization Records
• Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card
• Clear Background Check and Drug Screen
• Clinicians will be helping the mental health center
