Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and professional Movers and Drivers to join our growing team. As a front-line representative of Champions Moving & Storage, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality moving services while providing customers with a stress-free and respectful experience.

Key Responsibilities

For Movers

• Safely and efficiently load, transport, and unload customer belongings.

• Protect furniture, appliances, and fragile items using moving pads, straps, and proper techniques.

• Provide excellent customer service at all times with courtesy and professionalism.

• Follow company safety standards and handle all items with care.

• Maintain a clean and organized truck and equipment.

• Work closely with team members to complete jobs on time.

For Drivers (in addition to above duties)

• Safely operate company moving trucks (16–26 ft box trucks).

• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections.

• Ensure compliance with DOT and company driving policies.

• Navigate efficiently to job sites and communicate with dispatch.

Qualifications

Required

• Must be at least 18 years old (Drivers must be 21+).

• Valid driver’s license (for Drivers, a clean driving record required).

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items (up to 75 lbs+ regularly).

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

• Team player with excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred

• Previous moving, delivery, or general labor experience.

• CDL not required but a plus.

• Military Veterans strongly encouraged to apply.
