3PL Fulfillment Area Manager, DTC (Bilingual: English/Spanish)

We’re a growing 3PL (third-party logistics) company dedicated to excellent service and innovative solutions. We’re hiring a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Outbound Area Manager to lead pick/pack/ship operations, oversee team leads, hit SLA and order-accuracy targets, optimize labor hours to meet daily revenue goals, train new hires, and partner cross-functionally to keep customers satisfied.

What You’ll Do

• Manage outbound DTC pick/pack/ship performance and hit daily SLA and Order Accuracy targets.
• Manage labor hours to meet daily revenue goals while maintaining quality and safety.
• Lead and coach DTC team leads and their picker/packer crews; conduct meetings and hold teams accountable.
• Train new hires on SOPs, picking/packing workflows, and quality checks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Inbound, Inventory, AM/CX, IT) to keep orders flowing and customers satisfied.
• Escalate risks and drive continuous improvement.
• Be available with flexible hours during peaks/launches; join weekly customer calls.

• Experience: proven leadership in a high-volume 3PL (DTC required).
• Leadership & teamwork: develops people, partners smoothly with other departments.
• Customer focus: calm under pressure, service-minded, able to manage tight SLAs.
• Safety & compliance: OSHA basics and a safety-first mindset.
• Communication: clear, professional written and verbal skills.
• Language: bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Physical: on your feet most of the shift; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
