What You’ll Do

  • Manage accounts payable (AP) and process payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain up-to-date records in QuickBooks
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks and bank reconciliations
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the leadership team
  • Assist with human resources support, including onboarding and file maintenance
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and internal staff
  • Work independently and manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in an office administration role
  • Proficient in QuickBooks (required)
  • Solid understanding of payroll and AP processes
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently for extended periods
  • Familiarity with basic HR functions is a plus
