We are looking for a reliable person to manage our Bethlehem PA location. Position will be Monday through Friday only, no late nights or weekends. Also included are major holidays off and paid time off. The right person for this position will be able to work well on a team, have great leadership skills, and be comfortable working with others in a fast paced, structured environment. You will be responsible for managing the cleaning staff as well as recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees. Excellent abilities in coaching, training and motivating people will be your key to success in this position!

Benefits include: Sign-on bonus ($300), health insurance benefits, paid time off accrual and no work on nights, weekends, or holidays!

Compensation from $20/hr+, negotiable based on experience and qualifications. 

Job duties for this position include:
-Managing a staff of employees daily
-Opening the office procedures to include holding daily start of day meetings, printing and dispersing paperwork and necessary supplies to Team Leaders
-Closing procedures include processing daily paperwork and credit card transactions, bank deposit, closing and locking up the office daily
-Maintaining equipment and supplies inventory
-Answering phones and assisting customers with their needs (schedule changes, payments etc)
-Following up with customers to maintain their satisfaction with our service
-Using GPS tracking to keep track of the locations of each cleaning team regularly
-Handling accounts receivables

Requirements:
-Multi-tasking abilities
-Must have a valid US drivers' license
-Minimum of a high school diploma, some college education preferred
-Minimum 1-2 years customer service/administrative experience (preferably in a setting where scheduling/appointments were vital) 
-Minimum 2+ years management experience
-Proficiency working with Microsoft Office programs - Excel, Word, etc
-Reliability and positive - must be willing and able to show up on time with a smile and a positive attitude every day!

-Bi-lingual (English + Spanish) a plus but not necessary
-Sales experience a plus but not necessary
