We’re seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Environmental Agronomic Consultant to join our team. This role bridges field operations with digital analysis, helping clients optimize nutrient use, comply with NRCS and state regulations, and build resilience against climate variability.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field assessments for nutrient management, erosion control, and pest scouting
Develop and implement conservation plans aligned with NRCS standards
Analyze soil, climate, and rainfall data to support agronomic recommendations
Prepare regulatory documentation and assist clients with compliance audits
Integrate GIS and Excel-based tools for mapping, reporting, and decision support
Collaborate with growers, agencies, and technical teams to deliver actionable insights
