Senior Caregiver

Looking for someone with LPN or RN license to take on a care manager role for woman with MS within her home. Duties entail: - Working closely with client's medical professional team and family members to keep client care plan up to date and implemented - train and schedule caregivers to cover shifts throughout the days, evenings, and weekends -take client to appointments as needed -experience with managing and administering medication as directed by medical team -CPR / first-aid trained -experience or willingness to learn catheter care and feeding tube
