Inside Sales HYBRID position in San Diego, CA

LHH has partnered with an innovative and global electronics company who is actively seeking a versatile and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team! As an integral part of the organization, you will work cross functionally and provide support to customer operations, sales, marketing and ensuring efficiency and excellence in daily business functions. This is a DIRECT HIRE position with salary starting at $55K, sign on bonus, biannual discretionary bonuses, room for growth and a HYBRID work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to process orders, provide customer support, and maintain positive client relationships

• Operational Coordination: Work closely with various departments to streamline operational processes, from inventory management to logistics

• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and operational metrics

• Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely updates

• Administrative Duties: Undertake general administrative tasks to support both sales and operational functions

• Order Fulfillment: Ensure the smooth execution of order fulfillment processes, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams

• Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM software and ERP systems is a plus

• Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy

• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with the electronics industry is advantageous
