Financial Analyst

One of our clients in San Diego is seeking a Financial Analyst I to join their team. This full-time opportunity offers a supportive work environment and a highly experienced, tenured team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Public or Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in budgeting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update department budgets and financial forecasts.
Conduct monthly variance analyses to compare budgeted versus actual figures.
Update forecasts monthly based on current financial data.
Analyze revenue and expenditures as needed.
Develop and maintain PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial data and insights to stakeholders.
