Test Operator - Day Shift

Shifts: Day (9:00am–5:30pm)
Pay: $24/hour

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Operator to perform inspections and tests on electronic or mechanical products to ensure they meet quality standards. You will operate test equipment, follow established procedures, and document results accurately. Attention to detail, technical proficiency, and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Execution: Perform functional, electrical, or mechanical tests using specialized equipment.

• Setup & Calibration: Set up and calibrate test instruments, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.

• Data Collection & Analysis: Record and interpret test data, documenting any deviations or anomalies.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve product issues in collaboration with engineering or QA teams.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality requirements and follow established QC procedures.

• Maintenance & Cleaning: Maintain and clean test equipment; keep records of maintenance activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, automated test systems).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously.

• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues during testing.

• Clear communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with teams.

• Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Technical training or certification in electronics, mechanical testing, or related field preferred.

• Previous experience as a test operator in manufacturing, electronics, or similar industry is a plus.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
