Production Operator

Adecco is hiring detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Associates to join a leading cosmetics company in Rockland County, NY. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a clean, organized production environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble cosmetic products according to supervisor instructions

• Perform tasks such as:

  • Applying glue to cosmetic cases

  • Adding solid powder to cases

  • Cleaning/polishing cases to remove fingerprints

  • Packaging finished products into boxes

• Maintain a neat and tidy workspace

• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations

• Be flexible and willing to rotate between tasks throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and task changes

• Able to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)

Shifts Available

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM (Monday–Friday, OT as needed)

• 2nd Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:30 PM (Monday–Friday, OT as needed)

Pay Details: $15.50 to $16.28 per hour
