📍 Location: West Mifflin, PA 15122
💲 Pay: $17/hour
🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
➡️ Once hired on: Rotating on-call schedule (1 week, shared between 4 employees) with time-and-a-half pay

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time Property Maintenance Technician on behalf of one of our clients. This role is ideal for someone skilled with tools, repairs, and general property upkeep who is looking for long-term stability and excellent benefits once hired on.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general property maintenance and repairs
• Complete remodeling tasks and basic carpentry work
• Install and replace hot water tanks
• Repair toilets and plumbing fixtures
• Troubleshoot and resolve general building issues

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property maintenance, remodeling, or general repair
• Strong knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
