Maintenance Foreman (Carlsbad, NM) 

Flexible/Open Schedule (Week Days & Weekends)

Pay: $30 - $35 per hour (depending on experience) 

• Provide hands-on leadership in equipment installations, overhauls, and both routine and emergency maintenance.

• Diagnose complex issues with a focus on continuous improvement. Interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders to guide maintenance actions.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and lead by example.

• Contribute to budget planning and enforcement, including short- and long-term operational goals.

• Manage capital projects by overseeing bids, supervising contractors, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

• 5+ Years of relevant experience with handling Equipment including conveyors, elevators, front end loaders, screeners and crushers
