Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Receivables, with Cost Accounting experience considered a major plus. The Senior Staff Accountant will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of the next Senior Staff Accountant:

• The Senior Staff Accountant will perform monthly Bank Reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update Fixed Assets records, including depreciation schedules and asset disposals.
• Oversee the Accounts Receivables process, ensuring accurate billing and prompt collections.
• Support Cost Accounting functions, including cost analysis and inventory valuation.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP.
• The Senior Staff Accountant will contribute to month-end and year-end close procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
• The Senior Staff Accountant will identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• The Senior Staff Accountant will provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Senior Staff Accountant Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated expertise in Bank Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Receivables.
• Cost Accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Location: 100% on-site
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 + Considerable Bonus
