Senior Tax Manager

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to take on full ownership of client relationships and alleviate partner capacity. This role is ideal for a CPA with significant tax experience who wants to step into a trusted advisor role and work in a supportive, balanced environment without the grind of a large firm.

As a Tax Manager, you will:

• Lead full-cycle client engagements, including planning, preparation, and signing of tax returns.
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong and lasting client relationships.
• Manage a portfolio of business tax work (70%) and individual returns (30%).
• Review and ensure the accuracy of work prepared by others.
• Help redistribute workload away from partners to create greater efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Work comfortably with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and UltraTax (or similar software).

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) and an active CPA license.
• Experience: 8–10+ years of public accounting experience with a strong emphasis on tax. Candidates with direct experience signing returns are highly attractive.
