Job summary:
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services in outpatient clinic settings in Pecos, TX.
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through both in-person visits and telehealth.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic health conditions for diverse patient populations.
  • Conduct preventive care, health education, and wellness initiatives.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
  • Utilize electronic medical record systems for documentation and care planning.
  • Maintain a strong focus on accessibility, affordability, and positive patient outcomes.
  • Engage with the local community to strengthen trust and improve care delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Licensed Physician Assistant in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain licensure).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills in managing acute and chronic conditions across diverse patient groups.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth care.
  • Passion for serving rural and underserved populations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
